Managed Care Plan
Kunkel Healthcare offers a special plan to help make treatment easily affordable. You pay a one-time, low yearly fee for either an individual or family and then all visits are at a significantly reduced rate. This is a great plan for those who are not insured or are facing insurance coverage limitations.
Payments for the Managed Care Plan must be paid at the time of service. To keep administrative costs down and pass these savings on to you, we will provide a year-end receipt for tax purposes upon request.
